Job summary

DN Tanks seeks a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead our craft labor team on tank construction projects across the United States. The Foreman will oversee production, quality, and safety, guiding apprentices and journeymen to complete tasks per drawings and specifications.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, attendance at daily closeout meetings, and the ability to travel to project sites nationwide while maintaining DN Tanks safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets tank drawings and construction information.
• Establishes crews and assigns responsibilities to meet timelines.
• Follows quality control program and reports defects.
• Maintains safety procedures and DN Tanks safety policies.
• Provides coaching and training to apprentices and journeymen.
• Maintains certifications and performs jobsite layout with survey equipment.
• Willing to travel to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, and safety on tank projects.
• Direct crews, assign tasks, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Monitor safety practices and enforce DN Tanks safety rules.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen on site.
• Coordinate with superintendents on daily progress and needs.
