Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive human resources leadership experience in a large organization.
• Ability to design and implement recruitment and talent programs.
• Experience detailing workforce policies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all human resources activity for the Office of Advancement.
• Advise OA staff and management on HR policy and practices.
• Oversee annual performance planning and appraisal processes.
• Partner with the Office of Human Resources to interpret and craft policies.
• Engage with advancement leads to plan and execute recruitment strategies.
• Organize and manage interview panels for job recruitments.
• Provide HR guidance to staff and leadership across the Institution.
