Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system maintenance engineers to meet performance goals and timelines.
• Plan weekly workload, assign tasks, and manage schedules for the engineering team.
• Review and approve work for technical accuracy, safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on objectives, progress, and safety.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for team members.
