Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in systems engineering or multidisciplinary role.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional technical projects.
• Hands-on with requirements management, architecture, and integration/verification.

Responsibilities

• Own system definition, requirements, use cases, and interfaces.
• Lead system architecture, traceability, and flow-down to subsystems.
• Coordinate system integration plans, test strategy, and verification.
• Manage risk, FMEA, and change impact assessments.
