Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering or equivalent multi-disciplinary engineering role.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects or products.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management, system architecture, and system integration/verification.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements, use cases, and interfaces based on customer and regulatory needs.
• Lead the definition and maintenance of system architecture and traceability from system to subsystems.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for system-level topics across cross-functional teams.
• Plan and lead system integration activities, including test strategy, plans, and execution.
• Support product sustainability, risk management activities, and change impact assessments.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing to translate customer needs into system capabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering.
