Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Lead Systems Engineer (Adv Systems Eng) for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS), you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, project management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Significant time will be spent in the Engineering Test Station (ETS), with flexibility to support occasional alternate shifts.

Salary Note: The estimated salary range is USD $115,000 - USD $125,000 per year, based on experience and other factors. The posting remains open until filled.
