Job description

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As an Advanced Systems Engineer for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS), you will be an integral member of a cross-functional team responsible for overseeing the entire systems engineering life cycle of the product. This role requires significant time spent in the Engineering Test Station (ETS) and the flexibility to support occasional alternate shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage the systems engineering life cycle for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting in the Engineering Test Station (ETS).
  • Support the development and execution of test plans and procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during alternate shifts as needed.

  • Strong foundation in Systems Engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in testing and validation of complex systems.
  • Hands-on experience with lab troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.

Combined Salary Range
USD $110,000.00 - USD $117,500.00 /Yr.
