Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience in electrical/electronic hardware product development.
• Experience taking complex electromechanical or power electronics products from concept through production.
• Experience with design review processes and risk analysis methods (FMEA, fault tree, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own systems engineering architecture across SSCB products from concept through production release.
• Translate requirements into subsystem and component-level specifications for multiple variants.
• Lead requirements management and traceability across cross-functional teams.
• Define and manage verification and validation strategies, test plans and execution.
