Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks a Principal Engineer – Systems Engineering to drive complex product development using systems engineering principles across the lifecycle. You will own requirements management, system architecture, risk management, V&V planning, and cross-functional technical leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience in Requirements Management.
• Verification & Validation (V&V).
• Design Control Processe.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain system-level requirements with full traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support system architecture development, interface definition, and technical decision-making
• Participate in risk management activities, design reviews, and change impact assessments
• Develop and review verification and validation (V&V) strategies, test plans, and execution plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Business stakeholders
• Ensure technical solutions meet quality, regulatory, and business requirements
• Support continuous improvement of systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to successful product development initiatives

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Polario n or similar requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, etc.)
