Job summary

X-Bow Launch Systems Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer to support development and production programs for propellant manufacturing systems and solid rocket motors. You will participate in architecture development, MBSE modeling, verification planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in systems engineering, experience with Cameo/MBSE, and a track record of managing requirements, interfaces, and milestones in aerospace projects. Some remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SE experience supporting an IPT.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo.
• Experience producing system engineering documents (requirements specs, interface definitions, verification plans).
• Experience with databases and configuration management.
• Experience leading or supporting major milestone reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support Systems Engineering process and documentation for solid rocket motor programs.
• Develop MBSE models to support architecture and traceability.
• Manage verification activities and review test/reports.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, software disciplines to resolve issues.
• Travel up to 20% to program location or equipment deployment.
• Provide risk, configuration and data management support.
