Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred; 10+ years’ analytics experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data science initiatives and architecture.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud data platforms.
• Strong collaboration with scientists, engineers, and leadership to drive vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architect for enterprise Data Science and Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Develop and drive the vision for Big Data, AI, and ML solutions.
• Design scalable data science environments for experimentation, model development, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership to Data Scientists and Analytics teams.
• Guide adoption of advanced analytics and responsible AI practices.
