Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field desired.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own platform validation strategy, execution, feature readiness, and delivery outcomes.
• Translate product requirements and customer use cases into scalable validation plans.
• Lead alignment across architecture, hardware, firmware, BIOS, software, validation, performance, and customer engineering.
• Drive post-silicon bring-up, system debugging, test execution, and validation milestones.
• Define platform configurations, firmware requirements, debug tools, and validation environments.
• Prioritize defects, lead root-cause analysis, and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
• Communicate program status, risks, and readiness decisions to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers and improve validation coverage, efficiency, and product quality.
