Job summary

Tensordyne is seeking a Platform Software engineer to lead system-level services and tests for its AI inference platform. You will collaborate with hardware, silicon, and validation teams to deliver robust software, including firmware, BSP, and Linux kernel modules, while optimizing performance and power for data-center deployments.

Rolle requires 5+ years in embedded systems, strong C/C++/Python, and experience with JTAG and debugging tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing low-level systems and embedded software
• Hands-on experience bringing up Linux-based systems at the kernel/driver level
• Expert in C and C++, with Python and Bash; Rust a plus
• Comfort interfacing with hardware and debugging with JTAG/oscilloscopes
• Self-motivated and able to work across hardware, silicon, and software teams
• Excellent technical communication skills
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, design, and development of system-level services and tests for the AI inference platform software
• Support cross-functional engineering teams in bring-up and validation of platform software
• Partner with hardware, silicon, and validation teams to deliver production-quality software
• Work near hardware on firmware and BSP development, device drivers, and Linux kernel modules
• Collaborate on hardware/software co-design and optimize performance and power
