Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the ABS Sales suite of applications, including architecture, development, design, testing, and post-production support for 80 applications. Key aspects include security compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
2. Elaborate the design and interfaces for specific components: define subsystems and interfaces, allocate responsibilities, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions within the solution context.
3. Align development teams to a shared technical direction, partner with them in elaborating the solution and its interfaces, validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives, and establish critical non-functional requirements (NFRs) at the solution level.
4. Participate in planning, system definition, and high-level design; develop the architectural runway for new features; collaborate with stakeholders and architects to develop, analyze, and implement enablers; participate in project planning, demos, and retrospectives; understand and assist with architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms.

Typically requires 5+ years of experience.

Our Lead System Engineers earn between $128,400 and $215,800 USD annually, with additional rewards. Salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
