Pegasystems, Inc. is seeking a Lead System Architect - Pega LSA to drive scope, requirements, design, build, and deployment on client engagements. The role involves deep Pega expertise, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with top clients to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

You will work with a high-performing team, applying model-driven architecture and agile practices. Strong communication and commitment to client outcomes are essential, with IST evening hours in this remote India-based

Qualifications

Pega CLSA certified resource is required.
12+ years of Pega experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level solutions.
Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate.
Willingness to go the extra mile and lead by example.
Aptitude to explain concepts to business & IT stakeholders.
Open to work from 1:00 - 10:00 PM IST.

Responsibilities

Lead scope definition, requirements analysis, design, build, configuration and deployment across projects.
Partner with clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions through the full SDLC.
Demonstrate innovative ways to implement software solutions.
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are met.
