Qualifications

• Proven experience in power electronics systems focusing on solid-state devices.
• Strong background in electrical and thermal modeling, simulations, and bench testing.
• Hands-on experience in system architecture of high voltage power electronics products.
• Experience in collaborating with Tier 1 OEMs on development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture definition for next-generation power electronics solutions.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to define system-level requirements.
• Drive end-to-end architectural decisions from concept through production.
• Work with the Functional safety team to ensure compliance with ISO 26262.
