• Drive hardware development lifecycle for concurrent, high-complexity instrument projects, from concept to production release.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers.
• Serve as the primary technical interface in cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing).
• Act as a senior customer-facing engagement lead, aligning on complex requirements and milestones.
• Oversee adherence to product requirements, schedules, and budgets across multiple projects with risk management.
• Develop expertise in relevant electrical codes and safety standards (S2/S8, NFPA, NEC, IEC).
