Job summary

Motion Recruitment partners with a Buckhead, GA client to hire a Staff Software Developer. The team is in the office 3 days a week, building backend features for a core enterprise application used by state and local government.

You will architect new features, lead development, and own substantial infrastructure, collaborating with customers, QA, and operations to expand the product and implement design systems and component libraries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C# and .NET Core experience.
• 3+ years of Python development.
• 5+ years of SQL Server experience.
• 5+ years of Azure cloud experience.
• Experience with Claude or Cursor for AI-driven development.
• Bachelor's level education or higher.
