Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Surveyor Party Chief to lead a survey crew across diverse projects. You will oversee field operations, ensure accuracy of data, and manage schedules and budgets on site.

The role requires 5+ years in land surveying with at least 2 years in a Party Chief position, proficiency with total stations, GPS, and related software, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 5+ years in land surveying with at least 2 years in a Party Chief role.
• Proficient with surveying instruments and software listed above.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a survey crew on topo, construction, boundary and as-built surveys.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment and troubleshoot field issues.
• Interpret plans and specifications, and ensure data accuracy and logs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers and clients on progress and issues.
• Enforce safety procedures and mentor junior crew members.
