Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive surveying experience.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Surveyor‑In‑Training on track for licensure.
  • Proficiency with the latest surveying technology, methods, and best practices.
  • Project & Business Acumen in managing the full lifecycle of a project, including proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
  • A mindset of ownership, leading by example, elevating those around you.

You'll be a go-to technical leader, mentor, and project manager - guiding teams, advancing capabilities, and helping expand our client base. This is an opportunity to elevate both your career and the performance of the entire Pittsburgh Survey Practice. You'll manage and deliver a wide range of surveying services, including boundary, ALTA/NSPS Land Title, topographic, control, design, and construction surveys, while using the latest technology solutions such as terrestrial and aerial lidar.

You'll support CEC's strong national presence in land surveying and geospatial services by supporting business development and marketing efforts to grow CEC's Survey Practice, while continuing to shape a culture that prioritizes mentorship, professional development, and long-term career growth.
