Job summary

Actalent is seeking a qualified land surveyor for a permanent, fully onsite role based in Freehold, NJ. You will prepare Title, ALTA, and Topographic surveys, along with surface modeling and construction stakeout, while reviewing all survey work and maintaining regulatory proficiency.

Ideal candidates have NJ regulatory familiarity and strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and safety in all field and office tasks.

Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise is required.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in projects involving site plan and subdivision development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys.
• Prepare Surface Modeling.
• Review all Survey work.
• Perform Construction Stakeout.
• Maintain proficiency on regulations and standards.
