Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Surgical Technologist staff and orient new hires.
• Prepare and maintain operating room equipment and supplies for procedures, ensuring readiness before each case.
• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with licensed personnel and uphold hospital standards of safety and quality.
