Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and Surgical Technology program completion.
• Certified Surgical Technologist with appropriate national certification.
• Minimum 10 years of CST experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to read and follow surgical plans and preference cards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operative suite and field, maintain sterile technique.
• Assist in draping, gowning, instrument passing.
• Assist in case setup, counts, and tissue handling.
• Mentor and train students or new staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nurses to optimize patient care.
