PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified Pathologist to serve as Laboratory Medical Director at a thriving hospital-based practice in Frisco, Texas. Qualifications

• Board-certified AP/CP pathologist with leadership capabilities.
• Experience in hospital-based surgical pathology; breast pathology experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Laboratory Medical Director for hospital pathology and laboratory services.
• Provide medical oversight for laboratory operations and regulatory compliance.
• Support laboratory quality assurance, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in hospital leadership meetings and multidisciplinary committees.
• Collaborate with hospital administration, laboratory leadership, and clinical colleagues.
• Provide diagnostic surgical pathology services and frozen section interpretation.
• Foster collaboration across PathGroup's digital subspecialty network.
