• Ensures work follows supervisor instructions, plans, blueprints, materials, tools and deadlines.
• Provides guidance to lower-grade mechanics and trainees; assists in difficult tasks.
• Performs readiness and repair inspections on vehicles and equipment; conducts preventive maintenance.
