Job summary

The Arizona Army National Guard is seeking a Surface Maintenance Mechanic Leader (T32) in Florence, AZ. You will supervise three or more mechanics, assign tasks, and perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and overhaul of a variety of vehicles and equipment.

Applicants must be a current Arizona Army National Guard member and able to obtain and maintain GCSS-Army access, a Security Clearance, and the required certifications.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience leading a team in mechanical repair of combat and tactical vehicles.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, overhaul, and modify complex systems including electrical, hydraulic, and electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Lead three or more Surface Maintenance Mechanics (WG-5801-10).
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and overhaul of various vehicles and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members.
