Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three or more Surface Maintenance Mechanics.
• Plan, assign, and review work orders and tasks.
• Diagnose, repair, overhaul, and maintain combat and tactical vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure safety and shop procedures are followed.
• Provide status updates and guidance to supervisor and team.
