Job summary

The Learning Experience Georgetown, TX is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor staff, create a safe and engaging classroom, and deliver the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for infants to preschoolers.

You will build strong connections with families, share milestones via apps and daily updates, and collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional early childhood teaching experience (2+ years preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or related field. High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire teachers in your classroom, modeling best practices and giving supportive feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel valued and excited to learn.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® across Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
