Sysco Corporate in Houston seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Transformation to plan and execute cross-functional workstreams. You will collaborate with business leads and Sysco Technology teams to deliver value through end-to-end supply chain improvements.

You will facilitate planning, monitor risks, and prepare updates for sponsors, while developing innovative solutions and driving best practices across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in supply chain, merchandising, or wholesale distribution.
• 3+ years of experience in business or technology consulting, project planning, process re-engineering, and systems integration.
• Direct experience with end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional transformation.

• Plan and execute Supply Chain Transformation Workstreams and define objectives and scope.
• Facilitate project planning, track progress, manage risks, and escalate decisions to sponsors.
