Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a senior consultant to lead client-facing supply chain planning transformation projects using Anaplan and related tools. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from discovery through go-live, shaping end-to-end planning concepts and ensuring practical, scalable solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with procurement and inventory management, and the ability to travel globally in a hybrid work model to deliver value for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory tactics.
• Proven expertise in developing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Anaplan projects from initial design to implementation.
• Lead a team of Bluecrux consultants and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to redesign planning processes.
• Develop end-to-end integrated planning concepts.
• Elevate planning maturity for demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, and inventory tactics.
• Define Anaplan requirements with solution architects.
• Serve as the link between business needs and technical solutions.
• Support agile build processes and user adoption.
• Plan and oversee user acceptance testing and training.
• Build strong client relationships and identify future opportunities.
