The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with several years of supply chain or production experience, plus 4+ years in team leadership and MRP/ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, inventory management or production or a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Minimum 4 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
• Active DoD Secret level clearance required to apply and start.

Responsibilities

• Manage team to achieve company goals with KPI tracking.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow of production staff.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Handle discipline and termination as needed per policy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through on-floor process controls.
• Develop trend analysis tools for WIP and inventory to signal issues.
• Monitor program plans to ensure optimal line balancing and avoid overproduction.
