Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years in supply chain/production or Master’s with 3 years in same fields, or High School with 9 years’ experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and clearance requirements (DoD Secret).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi‑disciplined team to meet KPIs and program goals.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely movement of parts, materials, and assemblies.
• Monitor line balance, WIP, and inventory; analyze trends and drive corrective actions.
• Perform performance evaluations and enforce company policy when needed.
