Job summary

Standex International is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics, aligning strategies with business goals. You will drive SIOP processes, manage supplier relationships, and champion cost-saving initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality performance.

The role requires 8–12+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with procurement, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, cost reduction, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer demand.
• Drive SIOP processes to ensure cross-functional alignment and performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production schedules and new product introductions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning accuracy and reporting.
• Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
