Job summary

Standex International is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager in Sugar Land, TX to lead procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics. You will drive efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will build cross-functional partnerships with manufacturing and engineering, develop SIOP processes, manage supplier performance, and coach a high-performing team using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer demand.
Drive SIOP processes to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.
Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
