Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Group Lead, Supply Chain Development for AFH Innovation to drive end-to-end delivery of innovation projects. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver cost improvements, readiness for commercialization, and capital initiatives across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, business development or HQ business team experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management for Consumer Products
• Minimum 1 years' experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles
• Minimum 2 year of Plant Manufacturing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AFH Innovation projects in supply chain development.
• Drive manufacturing cost improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead readiness for commercialization, including start-ups for growth and capacity.
• Develop capital business cases with finance for growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with external manufacturers and procurement to support commercialization.
