Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is hiring a Group Lead, Supply Chain Development – AFH Innovation in Chicago. This role focuses on end-to-end delivery of AFH Innovation projects, driving major cost-improvement initiatives, and leading readiness for commercialization and NPD activities.

You will partner across functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, marketing, engineering and finance to develop capital plans, optimize capacity and support growth initiatives within Kraft Heinz’s AFH

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or another related field.
• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, business development or HQ business team experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management for Consumer Products.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles.
• Minimum 2 years of Plant Manufacturing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AFH Innovation projects.
• Execute major manufacturing cost improvement initiatives.
• Lead readiness for commercialization activities and NPD initiatives.
• Develop and communicate capacity plans and options to leadership.
• Partner with external manufacturers and procurement to deliver commercialization activities.
