Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with three years of experience in durable-goods assembly/manufacturing or five years in similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, quality control and problem-solving methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work for Supplier Quality technicians across both shifts, including priorities and handoffs.
• Monitor supplier quality notifications and ensure containment, root cause, corrective action, verification, and closure.
• Lead immediate responses to supplier-related defects affecting assembly operations.
• Verify containment actions at plant, warehouse, supplier or other locations as needed.
• Coordinate sorting, inspection, traceability, disposition, and replacement-material activities with responsible functions.
