Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in quality systems or engineering with focus on QMS and multi-site compliance.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 and IAQG 9100-series standards; experience with audits.
• Ability to map requirements to QMS processes and evidence across programs.
• Experience leading AI/automation tools in quality workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own RMS compliance matrix across programs aligning contract requirements, regs, and standards to QMS processes.
• Lead AS9100 readiness and audits across McHenry, West Lafayette, and Huntsville sites.
• Evaluate and implement quality software, tools, and data platforms for scalability.
• Pilot AI tools for nonconformance, document generation, and predictive analytics; train staff.
• Provide QMS oversight to ensure site procedures match the RMS quality system across locations.
• Support facility expansions by integrating new operations into the QMS from the start.
• Manage internal audit program and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Develop and deliver RMS quality system training across all sites.
