Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality or quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and tools (ISO 9001/AS9100, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC).
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with sourcing and engineering to define supplier quality requirements.
• Monitor and report supplier performance metrics and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance product quality.
