Job summary

Depot Connect International is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to coordinate service delivery at our Texas site. The role involves customer liaison, scheduling, and ensuring staff qualifications for tank cleaning projects across our network.

You will oversee workflow, maintain product knowledge within the team, and participate in hiring decisions while upholding safety and ethical standards in all activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tank Cleaning Operations.
• Customer Service experience.
• Ability to drive a Yard Mule.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to Multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be ethical in all job-related activities.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when overseeing documentation.
• Must have a safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, assessing their service needs and quoting work as requested.
• Delegate workloads and actively support growth.
• Oversee the scheduling and work flow through the shop.
• Ensure employees are qualified to perform the work being assigned.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge within staff.
• Advise and assist in the hiring process for department staff.
• Know and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.
