Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead the shop yard operations, assess customer needs, and quote work requests accurately. You will coordinate daily workloads, delegate tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure timely, safe service delivery.

You'll oversee staffing decisions, verify qualifications, assist in hiring for the department, uphold policies and procedures, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tank Cleaning Operations and related processes.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a Yard Mule safely and efficiently.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain strict attention to detail and a safety mindset.
• Must be ethical in all job-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, assessing their service needs and quoting work as requested.
