Job summary

Depot Connect International DCI, a global leader in TankISO Tank Container Services and Tank Trailer Parts, is seeking a hands-on department supervisor to oversee shop operations and ensure high safety standards.

You will interact with customers, delegate workloads, monitor scheduling, maintain staff qualifications, and uphold company policies while growing the team. Join a unified team with locations worldwide and a strong commitment to service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in tank cleaning operations or related field.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a Yard Mule.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Computer literate.
• Strong multitasking and documentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical conduct and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers assessing their service needs and quoting work as requested.
• Delegate workloads and actively support growth.
• Oversee the scheduling and work flow through the shop.
• Ensure employees are qualified to perform the work being assigned.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge within your staff.
• Advise and assist in the hiring process for department staff.
• Know and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.
