Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Lead Supervisor to manage store operations in North Carolina. You will drive sales by ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading the team in achieving performance goals. Responsibilities include team development, sales analysis, and operational compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience.
  • Exemplify strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs.
  • Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
  • Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals.
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance with company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures.
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners.
  • Create a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term customer relationships.
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in absence of leadership.
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1+ year of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds; occasionally lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Base Pay Range
