Job summary

Child & Family Resources, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to implement the Healthy Families Program per HFA/HFAZ policies. You will supervise Family Support Specialists and Family Resource Specialists and report to the Program Director.

Key duties include coordinating program activities, monitoring data and enrollments, and providing weekly reflective supervision. The role requires experience with at-risk families, strong leadership and collaboration with community agencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; two years’ experience with at-risk families; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor, supervise and support staff in person or virtually.
• Knowledge of family life skills and child abuse prevention techniques.
• Flexibility in scheduling to cover limited nights and weekends.
• Strong written and oral communication; adherence to AI use policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and participate in Healthy Families program activities.
• Monitor enrollments, outreach, capacity, and reporting.
• Provide support to staff; home-based family support, referrals and case plans.
• Provide weekly reflective supervision to staff.
• Monitor background checks, training and performance plans.
• Attend monthly supervision with the director and CQI projects.
• Manage data, program evaluations and monthly reports.
• Present and speak publicly as assigned.
• Collaborate with hospitals, CPS, and community agencies.
