The Lead Supervisor supports the store leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. This role is a key part of the store’s leadership structure and helps coach and develop team members in alignment with district priorities and Coach values.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
