A leading Real Estate Developer is seeking a Lead/General Superintendent to manage high-rise construction projects across Denver. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to oversee all aspects of construction operations. Your New Role
This organization is recognized as a leading Real Estate Developer with an international presence covering High-Rise Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use Properties.
Working on High-Rise Projects across Denver (30-40 Stories), there is an immediate need for a Lead/General Superintendent with strong Leadership, Scheduling & Mentoring skills.
The goal here is to create a long-lasting, ambitious and driven construction team who will work together closely on projects across Colorado.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Will have prior experience in the field as a Construction Superintendent/Snr Super delivering High-Rise Residential, Mixed-Use, or Multi-Family projects
  • Ideally, 10+ years experience of Construction Projects ideally within a General Contracting or In-house Construction Developer environment.
  • An ability to understand architectural documentation
    and produce Master Scheduling
  • Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
  • Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave construction on site, with all subs/trades responsibility etc
  • An understanding of Denver, CO building regs and laws – desirable
  • Can bring a Network of local subcontractors – desirable
