Lead Superintendent - Real Estate Developer - High Rise Projects - Denver - Up to $200,000 + Package

Your New Role

This organization is recognized as a leading Real Estate Developer with an international presence covering High-Rise Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use Properties.

Working on High-Rise Projects across Denver (20-40 Stories), there is an immediate need for a Lead/General Superintendent with strong Leadership, Scheduling & Mentoring skills.

The goal here is to create a long-lasting, ambitious and driven construction team who will work together closely on projects across Colorado.

What you'll need to succeed

• Will have prior experience in the field as a Construction Superintendent/Snr Super delivering High-Rise Residential, Mixed-Use, or Multi-Family projects (12 Stories+ Minimum)
• Ideally, 10+ years experience of Construction Projects ideally within a General Contracting or In-house Construction Developer environment.
• An ability to understand architectural documentation
• and produce Master Scheduling
• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
• Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave construction on site, with all subs/trades responsibility etc
• An understanding of Denver, CO building regs and laws – desirable
• Can bring a Network of local subcontractors – desirable
