CSI Construction Company is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale multi-family and commercial construction projects in the Denver regional area. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with a focus on multi-family ground-up projects.
• Strong commercial construction background required.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site practices.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up to completion.
• Manage and coordinate superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain quality control and ensure plans meet specs and codes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication.
• Identify and resolve field issues to avoid delays.
• Monitor productivity and implement cost-control measures.
• Maintain daily reports and site documentation.
