Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee a $12M ground-up affordable housing development in Malden, MA. You will manage all onsite construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of superintendent experience, strong leadership and Procore proficiency, and a proven track record delivering projects up to $40M. The role is full-time and on-site in Greater Boston.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of superintendent experience, preferably on ground-up multifamily developments.
• Experience managing field operations, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations; Procore proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for a ground-up multifamily project from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors; manage project sequencing.
