Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on select projects in the Myrtle Beach market. The role involves directing on-site teams, coordinating field engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee ground-up and tenant-improvement projects, work with scheduling to maintain the Primavera P6 master schedule, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes in

Qualifications

Strong commercial construction experience in South Carolina.
Experience leading ground-up or tenant-improvement projects.
Strong scheduling, sequencing, site logistics and subcontractor management.
Hands-on experience with construction management software.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for designated areas of the project from site mobilization through completion.
Coordinate and direct Field Engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule performance across all assigned scopes.
Assist with site utilization planning, scheduling, phasing, and constructability reviews.
Work closely with the scheduling team to develop, maintain, and actively manage the Primavera P6 master schedule.
